About the role

The role involves managing a team of housekeepers, ensuring high standards of cleanliness in hotel rooms, and assisting with guest relations.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff
  • Ensure all rooms are cleaned to a high standard
  • Resolve guest complaints and inquiries
  • Manage inventory and supplies
  • Conduct regular inspections of cleaning processes

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in hospitality
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or related field
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and guest service

Skills
