Responsibilities
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff
- Ensure all rooms are cleaned to a high standard
- Resolve guest complaints and inquiries
- Manage inventory and supplies
- Conduct regular inspections of cleaning processes
Requirements
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in hospitality
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping or related field
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest service
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
