The Housekeeping Supervisor/Inspector oversees the cleaning staff at The Watermark Hotel, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and efficiency. Responsible for training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cleaning operations
• Train new and existing housekeepers
• Schedule staff shifts to meet operational needs
• Evaluate performance and provide feedback
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety protocols
• Respond to guest requests and complaints
• Collaborate with maintenance staff to address cleaning issues

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in housekeeping or related field
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for travel between properties)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications
