Housekeeping Supervisor - Bottleworks Hotel

As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Your role is pivotal in maintaining the property’s cleanliness, managing staff, and enhancing the guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Front Desk and Maintenance Teams to ensure property maintenance and guest room profitability.
• Maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
• Interview, train, and onboard housekeeping applicants/new-hires.
• Supervise housekeeping staff to uphold company policies, including attendance, work quality, and cooperation.
• Manage organization and inventory of housekeeping and guest supplies, including minibar items: ordering, receiving, vendor relations, and monthly inventory for supplies and liquor.
• Read and restock minibars accurately; communicate with the front desk to ensure proper guest charges.
• Use computer skills to assign daily tasks, update room statuses, and manage out-of-order statuses with knowledge of PMS.
• Assist in maintaining deep clean schedules and preventative maintenance programs.
• Conduct daily guest room and property inspections to meet/exceed company cleanliness standards.
• Maintain a log of lost and found items.
• Multitask and assist other departments as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Minimum one year of hotel experience (required).
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• U.S. Work Authorization (required).

Qualifications (Preferred)

• College degree.
• Supervisor experience.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS.

Pay

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
