Job Summary

We are seeking a Housekeeping Specialist to support our Housekeeping Executive Manager and lead our housekeeping team in cleaning and preparing privately owned vacation condos for arriving guests. Responsibilities

• Organize and lead housekeeping shifts
• Assign rooms and inspect completed cleans
• Maintain quality-control standards
• Coordinate deep cleans and inventory management
• Communicate issues to management
• Complete shift reporting
• Support Housekeeping Specialists during the day
• Jump in and assist when needed

Requirements

• Detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
• Ability to use a smartphone app for cleaning processes
