Supervisor - Housekeeping

Responsibilities

• Build guest and team member positive relations
• Participate in and conduct departmental meetings
• Ensure consistent high-quality service to all team members and guests
• Establish standards and procedures for the work of the Housekeeping staff and ensure successful implementation
• Plan work schedules to ensure adequate service
• Inspect and evaluate physical conditions and cleanliness of all guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas
