Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Administer and coordinate housekeeping functions in assigned sections.
• Inspect guest rooms to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Assist and provide training to Room Attendants.
• Supervise all housekeeping and laundry staff.
• Maintain key control and manage lost and found items.
• Assume all Housekeeping Manager duties in their absence.
• Approach guest and associate interactions professionally and positively.
• Perform additional duties as directed by management.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2-3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
