Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support Room Attendants, Housepersons, and Public Area Attendants
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure Hyatt brand standards are met
- Coordinate daily assignments and staffing priorities
- Train, mentor, and develop housekeeping associates
- Assist with performance coaching and documentation
- Respond promptly to guest requests and service recovery opportunities
- Assist with Lost & Found procedures
- Monitor safety, security, and key control procedures
- Assist with inventory, supplies, and department administration
- Step in to support the team as needed during peak occupancy
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Dependability and a strong work ethic
- A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, pull, and move throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Bilingual preferred
