Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role

The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the housekeeping department and supervises housekeeping employees.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures.
• Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees.
• Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.
• Supervise and direct activities of Housepersons and Guestroom staff.
• Recommend hiring or terminating in conjunction with disciplinary action.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years housekeeping experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Good communication skills and basic math skills required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a key license from the NJ DGE.

Associate's degree preferred.

Pay

USD $22.50 per hour. This is a tipped position.
