About the role

The Village at Summerville is seeking an experienced Environmental Services professional to join our compassionate Christian ministry dedicated to enriching the lives of seniors of all faiths.

Responsibilities

• Assist the department director with planning, organizing, and implementing daily tasks for environmental services staff.
• Perform routine inspections to ensure a safe and sanitary community in accordance with SCDHEC regulations and company policy.
• Supervise environmental services staff members.
• Aid in the coordination of resident moves with residents and/or their families.
• Develop and nurture positive relationships with residents.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years of environmental services experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Valid SC driver’s license.
• Intermediate computer skills.
