Full Time - Housekeeping Manager

Job Summary

What You’ll Be Doing

• Directly supervises employees in the Housekeeping department
• Interviews, hires, and trains employees
• Plans, assigns, and directs work
• Applies performance management
• Supervises daily operations
• Provides discipline and counseling

Requirements

• Two (2) years supervisory and management experience, including hiring staff, coaching, performance management, daily operations supervision, discipline, and counseling
• Three (3) years housekeeping/laundry operations experience
