Housekeeping Houseperson

About the role

The Hyatt Centric Key West Resort & Spa is seeking a motivated and dependable Housekeeping Houseperson to join their exceptional Housekeeping team. Located in the heart of Old Town Key West, the resort offers easy access to the vibrant Duval Street.

Responsibilities

• Stock housekeeping carts and linen closets with supplies to support daily room operations.
• Assist Room Attendants with guestroom cleanliness and housekeeping requests.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of assigned public areas and back-of-house spaces.
• Report maintenance concerns and safety hazards promptly.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
• Assist with special cleaning projects and perform Public Areas Attendant duties as needed.
• Support the Housekeeping team in maintaining Hyatt’s high standards of cleanliness and service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a positive, service-oriented attitude.
• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Able to lift, push, pull, and carry moderate amounts of weight and remain on your feet throughout the shift.
• Flexible schedule with availability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays.
