Housekeeping Attendant, Full time

About the role

Under the supervision of the Housekeeping Supervisor and Director of EVS, the Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for environmental cleaning and disinfecting. This individual performs a variety of routine cleaning functions in assigned area to maintain a sanitary, attractive and orderly condition.

Schedule

Days, 10‑hour shifts from 7:30 am until 5:30 pm, rotating days to include weekends.

Requirements

• At least two to six months of experience as an Environmental Attendant; hospital experience preferred
• Ability to follow established cleaning methods in performing daily tasks
• Ability to perform routine repetitive cleaning of assigned patient rooms, offices, rest rooms, and other areas
• Ability to keep all equipment in good working condition
• Ability to perform periodic or situational duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
