About the Role
The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces at Dellshire Resort. This role ensures a welcoming, sanitary, and safe environment for guests by following established cleaning procedures and resort standards. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, is self-motivated, and takes pride in creating exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, suites, lobbies, hallways, lounges, restrooms, and stairways according to standards and safety and security procedures and regulations.
- Make beds, replace linens, and restock towels and guest amenities.
- Sweep, mop, sanitize, vacuum, and polish floors and furniture.
- Remove used linens, amenities (such as washable cups and reusable towels), and trash from guest rooms, public areas, and applicable back-of-house spaces, then transport all items to the designated soiled or disposal areas.
- Clean windows, mirrors, fixtures, and high-touch surfaces to ensure sanitation standards.
- Replenish housekeeping carts with supplies and linens daily.
- Stock designated closets with supplies as needed.
- Follow property procedures for deep cleaning and seasonal opening/closing preparations.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for amenities and miscellaneous items in a friendly and professional manner.
- Comply with all safety, security, and sanitation policies.
- Report all missing items from rooms (i.e., iron/boards, hair dryers, etc.) to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
- Report any maintenance repairs immediately to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
- Handle items for “Lost and Found” according to standards.
- Complete other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
Requirements
- Experience not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic English communication skills preferred.
