Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Supervise Housekeeping Supervisors, Scheduling Clerk, Storeroom Manager, and Housekeeping Event Supervisors
- Maintain appropriate inventory of supplies, meets with vendors to discuss and determine which will be used in the facility
- Inside and outside maintenance personnel
- Train housekeeping staff as well as gaining up-to-date knowledge through seminars, etc.
- Tour the facility to ensure cleanliness
- Oversee all operations for housekeeping at the Caesars Superdome, Smoothie King Center, and Champions Square during and post-event
- Able to function as a manager when needed
- Provide recommendations to management if disciplinary actions are necessary
- Enforce all policies and procedures
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check
- Must have knowledge of staffing requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills for planning coverage around events required
- Fluency in English and Spanish preferred
- Knowledge of management principles and procedures as relates to personnel deployment and utilization
- Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
