Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Supervise Housekeeping Supervisors, Scheduling Clerk, Storeroom Manager, and Housekeeping Event Supervisors
  • Maintain appropriate inventory of supplies, meets with vendors to discuss and determine which will be used in the facility
  • Inside and outside maintenance personnel
  • Train housekeeping staff as well as gaining up-to-date knowledge through seminars, etc.
  • Tour the facility to ensure cleanliness
  • Oversee all operations for housekeeping at the Caesars Superdome, Smoothie King Center, and Champions Square during and post-event
  • Able to function as a manager when needed
  • Provide recommendations to management if disciplinary actions are necessary
  • Enforce all policies and procedures
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Must successfully pass a criminal background check
  • Must have knowledge of staffing requirements
  • Strong communication and organizational skills for planning coverage around events required
  • Fluency in English and Spanish preferred
  • Knowledge of management principles and procedures as relates to personnel deployment and utilization
  • Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
