About the role

Housekeeping Assistants at Bupa Carehome in Leominster are dedicated to delivering person-centred care, supporting independence and honouring choice to help residents live their best lives. You'll help maintain high standards of cleanliness, ensuring communal areas and resident bedrooms are kept tidy and welcoming.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness within the home
• Work closely with other housekeeping and maintenance staff
• Create a warm and welcoming environment for residents
• Vacuum, mop floors, polish, and keep communal areas and resident bedrooms up-to-date
• Maintain housekeeping stocks for daily use
• Raise any issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor as needed

Qualifications

You take pride in ensuring your work is completed to a high standard and can maintain an organized environment. You're comfortable multitasking and working with other teams to ensure residents are kept happy.

Pay

£13.10 - £14.10 per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications.
