Bank Housekeeping Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a Domestic/ Housekeeping Assistant (Homehelper) to help us achieve our goals. Our vision is to ensure that our residents will always feel at the heart of what we do and to exceed the expectations of all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the living spaces and common areas.
• Manage daily tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Support residents with their personal hygiene and daily routines.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and COSHH guidelines.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a similar domestic/housekeeping role.
• A flexible and reliable attitude.
• A commitment to providing an excellent customer service experience.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• An adaptable, friendly, polite, and caring demeanor.
• A basic understanding of Health and Safety COSHH regulations.
• Experience in a care home environment is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle if required.

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
