Housekeeping Assistant

About the role

This full-time housekeeping assistant will also be cross-trained in the laundry department. As an important member of our team, the Housekeeping Aide performs day-to-day housekeeping services ensuring a clean, attractive facility in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.

Responsibilities

• Dusting, vacuuming, disinfecting, and polishing
• Emptying wastebaskets
• Cleaning, replenishing, and mopping
• Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
• Maintain professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, etc.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred
• Prior health-care experience preferred
