About the role

Housekeeping Assistants at Bank Elm Grove Care Home play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for residents. They work closely with other housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure communal areas and resident bedrooms are kept tidy and comfortable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness within the home
• Work closely with other housekeeping and maintenance staff
• Ensure residents are kept happy by vacuuming, mopping floors, polishing, and keeping communal areas and resident bedrooms up-to-date
• Maintain housekeeping stocks for daily use and report any issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor

Qualifications

• Take pride in ensuring work is completed to a high standard
• Can maintain an organized environment
• Comfortable multitasking and working with other teams
