Housekeeper / House Cleaner

About the role
We're looking to hire an enthusiastic housekeeper for a full-time position. If you enjoy cleaning, giving back to others, and gaining contentment from a job well done, we’re waiting for you! No experience is required—we offer a 2-3 week training program that includes hands-on training with one of our experienced and professional house cleaning trainers.
At The Cleaning Authority, we offer professional house cleaning services using our Detail-Clean Rotation System, proven effective in more than 20 million cleans across North America. You will work in different homes every day alongside a partner to complete all tasks.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional house cleaning using our Detail-Clean Rotation System
- Work in different homes daily with a partner to complete all assigned tasks
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Hold a valid California driver’s license
- Have a reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance
- Pass a background check
- Be able to be on your feet all day with light lifting (less than 25 pounds)
- Willingness to learn and take pride in your work
Qualifications
- Great attitude and team-player mentality
- Physically capable of handling the demands of the job
Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Paid holidays and paid vacation
- No nights or weekends
