Housekeeper / House Cleaner

About the role

We are looking for a high-energy person interested in a full-time Housekeeper / House Cleaner position. Hours are Monday-Friday 7:30 am-5:00 pm, with no nights or weekends, and we are closed on most major holidays.

Responsibilities

• Professionally clean homes working in teams of two using our products, procedures, and equipment.
• Clean homes with your partner from Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
• Start your day in our local office, meet as a team to review your schedule, and wait for your teammate to drive to our clients' homes.
• Use our Detail-Clean Rotation System, proven effective in more than 20 million cleans across North America.
• Work in different homes every day.

Pay

Pay rate starts at $13+ per hour with experience or $11.50 per hour with no experience. You also get 100% of all tips.

Requirements

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to pass a background check.
• A reliable vehicle you can drive during the day with insurance.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• All necessary payroll documents.
• Great attitude, team player, and take pride in your work.
• Able to be on your feet all day with light lifting (less than 15 pounds).
• Ability to communicate with customers and co-workers.

Additional Information

• Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED.
• A good fit for applicants with gaps in their resume or who have been out of the workforce for the past 6 months or more.
