Housekeeper/Full Time

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of resident apartments and the common areas of the community.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of resident apartments, hallways, and other common areas.
• Assist in preparing empty apartments for resident move-ins.
• Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests.
• Help respond to resident emergencies as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors, and co-workers.

Requirements

• No prior experience required—we will train you.
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Capable of solving practical problems and dealing with variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and co-workers.
