Housekeeper/Custodian

Responsibilities

• Surface Cleaning Champion: Clean and disinfect all surfaces—furniture, floors, windows, and décor—using appropriate methods and products.
• Safety First: Ensure proper signage is in place, manage wet floors, and maintain compliance with Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
• Trash Tamer: Empty trash bins and keep spaces tidy and fresh.
• Deep Clean Dynamo: Perform deep cleaning as needed, ensuring every nook and cranny is spotless.
• Supply Superhero: Replenish custodial and office supplies to keep operations running smoothly.
• Damage Detective: Identify and report damages, repairs, and safety hazards to the facilities team promptly.
• Equipment Enthusiast: Clean and maintain custodial equipment such as vacuums and carpet cleaners.
• Room Prep Pro: Prepare rooms for new arrivals by assisting with admissions and discharge preparations.
• Laundry Legend: Launder linens to ensure clients have fresh, clean bedding.
• Product Protector: Safely store and care for all cleaning products, keeping them organized and sanitary.
• Crisis Commander: Respond to custodial emergencies such as spills and broken glass with quick action.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One (1) year of experience in environmental services required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Pay

Compensation ranges from $20 to $22.00 per hour, depending on education and experience. Pay rate is determined by factors including skills, experience, education, market conditions, and internal equity.
