About the Role

We believe every guest deserves a spotless stay and a warm welcome. Our Housekeeping Team turns rooms into cozy, clean havens, and we’re looking for detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our squad. If you take pride in making things spotless and want to be part of a team that values precision and hospitality, this role is for you.

Seasonal position running from late-August through early-October 2026 (exact dates vary by location).

Responsibilities

  • Clean and refresh guest rooms with precision and pride.
  • Make beds to high standards, ensuring crisp linens and fluffed pillows.
  • Dust, vacuum, and scrub to achieve a five-star sparkle.
  • Replenish guest room supplies, including soap, towels, and coffee pods.
  • Report any room issues to maintenance with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Greet guests with a friendly smile and respond quickly to requests.
  • Follow safety, sanitation, and environmental standards.
  • Wear and maintain Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Complete guest rooms will be inspected prior to occupancy; may require rework to meet standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Organized with a great eye for detail to meet quality expectations.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
  • Capable of cleaning 12-14 guest rooms per shift.
  • Previous housekeeping experience is a plus, but training is available for the right candidate.
  • A valid US Driver’s License and clear driving record is preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds throughout the day.
  • Constant lifting, bending, kneeling, stretching, and reaching for up to 8 hours per shift.
  • Standing for long periods, frequent walking (including stairs and outdoor areas).
  • Pushing a hotel or cabin cart weighing 50-75 pounds.
  • Safe handling of required chemicals.

Pay

$15.00 per hour + tips.

Schedule

Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays).
