Housekeeper - Sun-Thu 8am-4pm

Responsibilities

• Maintain resident apartments, restrooms, common areas, offices, and surrounding areas clean according to housekeeping standards and procedures.
• Ensure all areas are safe and free from hazards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, their families, guests, and team members, maintaining a friendly and courteous demeanor.
• Work closely with the Director of Housekeeping to adhere to established guidelines and procedures.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle demanding customers with professionalism.
• Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate a positive attitude towards the residents' wellbeing.

Requirements

• A pleasant and courteous demeanor when interacting with peers, supervisors, guests, residents, and management.
• Experience in providing cleaning services in the hospitality, healthcare, or related industries.
• Experience working with a senior population is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with diverse personalities and situations.
• Reliability, positivity, and a respectful attitude towards the elderly.

Qualifications

• Swift and thorough cleaning practices.
• Reliable availability to work at least one weekend day per week (Tues–Sat or Sun–Thurs).
