Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of resident rooms, common areas, and public spaces.
• Perform daily duties such as changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and preparing resident areas for new occupancy.
• Restock supplies and amenities in resident rooms and common areas.
• Assist with laundry and linen services as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and their families.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and seamless service.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines when handling sensitive information.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• No prior experience in healthcare or hospitality required; training provided.
