Household Sales Representative

Full commission sales with uncapped commissions; estimated annual earnings $80,000–$150,000.

Culligan has over 85 years of experience in the design and distribution of water treatment systems for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. We lead the industry in service, support, and product innovation, with over 900 dealers worldwide and offices in over 90 countries.

The Household Sales Representative will analyze customers’ water composition, design water treatment solutions, make sales presentations, and build solid, long-lasting relationships within customers’ homes in your assigned territory. You will be given company leads and marketing support to help build your territory.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customers’ water composition and design water treatment solutions
• Make sales presentations in customers’ homes
• Build long-lasting customer relationships in your assigned territory
• Generate leads and develop your territory with provided company leads and marketing support

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and your own transportation
• High school diploma/GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability as a successful hunter, closer, and marketer
• Strong customer service skills
• Self-starter who enjoys solving complex problems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM systems such as SalesForce and DocuSign
