Responsibilities
- Coaching clients with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Preparing meals, and snacks
- Shopping for food
- Assist with and supervise meal preparation by current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations
- Ensure that all safety regulations are followed and the facilities are maintained safely and cleanly
- Aid with client laundry, household cleaning and other tasks as needed
- Perform a variety of tasks to ensure that the facility is in a clean, orderly, sanitary and attractive condition
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one (1) year of full-time experience providing non-professional services within a mental health, healthcare, or social service agency
- One (1) year of dietary experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related medical setting, including knowledge of therapeutic diet preparation
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid California Driver’s License and a current ServSafe Food Handler Certification
- Meet agency driver eligibility criteria
- Must be able to physically lift and carry food service supplies and equipment without restriction
Pay
Starting Compensation: 18.00 - 21.00 USD Per Hour
Schedule
Working Location: Orange, CA
Working Hours/Shift: Friday and Saturday (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)
Sunday and Monday (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM)
