Food Handler / Housekeeping

Responsibilities

• Work from prepared, approved menus to convert quantities to meet required number of meals.
• Prepare meals as directed following basic Health Department rules and internal, infection control policies.
• Do the laundry and change linens in the residential rooms and perform other housekeeping duties as needed.

Requirements

• Educational Requirements: High School Education or GED/ Current Food Handler Certificate from local health department is also required.
• Certification/License Requirement: N/A will receive KY food handler's certification.

Skills

• Ability to prepare meals as directed, laundry and basic housekeeping.
