RN House Supervisor - Full Time Nightshift

Select Specialty Hospital Grand Rapids is a critical illness recovery hospital dedicated to providing world-class inpatient post-ICU services to chronic, critically ill patients. As a House Supervisor (RN), you will play a central role in providing compassionate, excellent treatment and leadership.

  • Effective management of resources during your assigned shift.

  • Creating a healthy work atmosphere that promotes both team and individual growth.

  • Constantly monitoring the workplace to ensure that all company policies and procedures are being maintained.

  • Serving as a clinical resource to the staff and patients/families.

  • Working cooperatively as an ancillary interdisciplinary team member to identify and solve patient-specific and facility-wide needs, while also improving operations.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively managing resources during your assigned shift.

  • Creating a healthy work atmosphere that promotes both team and individual growth.

  • Constantly monitoring the workplace to ensure that all company policies and procedures are being maintained.

  • Serving as a clinical resource to the staff and patients/families.

  • Working cooperatively as an ancillary interdisciplinary team member to identify and solve patient-specific and facility-wide needs, while also improving operations.

Requirements

  • Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License

  • BLS and ACLS required at hire.

Qualifications

  • Five (5) years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience is preferred.

  • Prior clinical management experience is preferred.

  • BSN is preferred.

Skills

  • Effective communication and leadership skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.

  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
