Select Specialty Hospital Grand Rapids is a critical illness recovery hospital dedicated to providing world-class inpatient post-ICU services to chronic, critically ill patients. As a House Supervisor (RN), you will play a central role in providing compassionate, excellent treatment and leadership.
Effective management of resources during your assigned shift.

Constantly monitoring the workplace to ensure that all company policies and procedures are being maintained.
Serving as a clinical resource to the staff and patients/families.
Working cooperatively as an ancillary interdisciplinary team member to identify and solve patient-specific and facility-wide needs, while also improving operations.

Constantly monitoring the workplace to ensure that all company policies and procedures are being maintained.
Serving as a clinical resource to the staff and patients/families.
Working cooperatively as an ancillary interdisciplinary team member to identify and solve patient-specific and facility-wide needs, while also improving operations.
Requirements
Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License
BLS and ACLS required at hire.
Qualifications
Five (5) years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience is preferred.
Prior clinical management experience is preferred.
BSN is preferred.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
