RN House Supervisor - Full Time Nightshift

About the role

Select Specialty Hospital Grand Rapids is a critical illness recovery hospital dedicated to providing world-class inpatient post-ICU services to chronic, critically ill patients. The role of a House Supervisor (RN) is central to ensuring compassionate, excellent treatment and leadership throughout the recovery process.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage resources during your assigned shift.
• Create a healthy work atmosphere that promotes both team and individual growth.
• Constantly monitor the workplace to ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Serve as a clinical resource to the staff and patients/families.
• Work cooperatively as an ancillary interdisciplinary team member to identify and solve patient-specific and facility-wide needs, while also improving operations.

Requirements

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License
• BLS and ACLS required at hire

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience preferred.
• Prior clinical management experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.
