House Supervisor (RN)

Location: Tulsa, OK

Schedule: Full Time Night Shift (7p-7a)

Select Specialty Hospital Tulsa is a critical illness recovery hospital committed to providing world-class inpatient post-ICU services to chronic, critically ill patients who require extended healing and recovery. House Supervisors (RN) play a central role in providing compassionate, excellent treatment and leadership during some of the most vulnerable, painful moments of patients' lives.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage resources during your assigned shift.
• Create a healthy work atmosphere that promotes both team and individual growth.
• Constantly monitor the workplace to ensure all company policies and procedures are maintained.
• Serve as a clinical resource to staff, patients, and families.
• Work cooperatively as an ancillary interdisciplinary team member to identify and solve patient-specific and facility-wide needs while improving operations.

Requirements

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License
• BLS and ACLS required at hire

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Five (5) years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience
• Prior clinical management experience
• BSN

Pay

Salary Range: $101,500-$125,000
