About the role
Select Specialty Hospital - Nashville is a critical illness recovery hospital dedicated to providing world-class inpatient post-ICU services to chronically ill patients. House Supervisors (RN) are integral in delivering compassionate, high-quality care and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Effectively manage resources during assigned shifts.
- Create a healthy work environment that fosters both team and individual growth.
- Maintain a safe and compliant workplace by monitoring policies and procedures.
- Act as a clinical resource to staff and patients/families.
- Collaborate with ancillary interdisciplinary teams to address patient-specific and facility-wide needs, and improve operations.
Requirements
- Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License.
- BLS and ACLS certification required at hire.
- Five (5) years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience preferred.
- Prior clinical management experience preferred.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Pay
$Competitive salary plus sign-on bonus of $15,000.
