House Supervisor (RN)

About the role

Regency Hospital - Cleveland East is a critical illness recovery hospital dedicated to providing world-class inpatient post-ICU services to chronically ill patients. House Supervisors (RN) are integral in delivering compassionate, high-quality care and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage resources during assigned shifts.
• Create a healthy work environment that fosters both team and individual growth.
• Maintain a safe workplace by ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Act as a clinical resource to staff and patients/families.
• Collaborate with ancillary interdisciplinary teams to address patient-specific and facility-wide needs, and improve operations.

Requirements

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• BLS and ACLS certification required at hire.
• Five (5) years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience preferred.
• Prior clinical management experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.
