House Supervisor (RN)

About the role

The House Supervisor (RN) position at Windsor Laurelwood Center for Behavioral Medicine oversees the daily operations and clinical care provided by the nursing staff. This role ensures compliance with healthcare standards and policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the nursing staff to ensure adherence to healthcare protocols and patient safety.

• Ensure the facility maintains accreditation standards and complies with regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to discuss best practices and address concerns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current RN license in the state of operation.
• At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in behavioral health.
• Experience supervising nursing staff.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
