About the role
The Nursing Supervisor coordinates activities of hospital personnel assigned to a specific shift under the supervision of the VP of Patient Care Services. The role communicates and applies policies, practices, procedures, objectives, and goals necessary for the satisfactory patient care.

- Ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- One year of Charge Nurse or leadership experience and demonstrated leadership abilities.

Pay
The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. The base pay range is $53.70 - $84.78 per hour.
