House Supervisor (PT- 0.45 FTE, Variable Shift)

Bozeman Health · Bozeman, MT · 1 mo ago
Full-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes a summary paragraph at start: "Working at Bozeman Health is more than just a job--it's a commitment..." That's about the role/organization. Then "Summary The House Supervisor provides leadership..." That's essentially the role description. Could treat as "About the role" or "Summary". The instructions: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to decide which sections have content. We have: - Intro paragraph about Bozeman Health mission: could be "About the role" or maybe "About the organization". Use "About the role". - Summary paragraph: could be part of responsibilities? Actually it's a summary of the role. Could be placed under "About the role" as well, but we might separate "Summary" as not a standard heading; but we can incorporate into "About the role". The instruction says use those headings only; we can omit others. So we can have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Schedule (since schedule info present), maybe Benefits? No benefits info not given. Pay? Not given. So we omit those. We need to extract responsibilities: list of duties under "Essential Job Functions" and also earlier summary. We'll create a
  • list. Requirements: Minimum qualifications list: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN, BAN) within two years of start date; Current Montana Licensure RN; Current AHA BLS; ACLS within 60 days; PALS within 60 days; NIHSS within six months; Two years experience RN; Prior work experience in a leadership or supervisory role; Five years acute care nursing with varied experience; Two hours verifiable trauma-related education annually; Six hours stroke training annually, NIHSS will count for three hours. Also Preferred: TNCC; Critical care or ED experience; Previous supervisory/management experience. We need to separate Required Minimum Qualifications vs Preferred? The instruction says use sections like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We could put required under "Requirements" and preferred under "Qualifications" or "Skills". But we need to avoid filler. We'll include both. Skills: Knowledge, Skills And Abilities list: demonstrate sound judgment, patience, professional demeanor; exercise tact, discretion, sensitivity, confidentiality; perform essential job functions in fast-paced environment; learn current and new computer applications and office equipment; strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication skills; analyze, organize, prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines; demonstrate Bozeman Health SPIRIT values. Also maybe include "Essential Job Functions" as responsibilities. Schedule: details about regular and sustained attendance, may need to work beyond 40-hour week, weekends, after-hours, on-call may be required. Physical requirements etc: Not asked to include as a section; but we could include under maybe "Requirements"? But not needed. The instruction says include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. Physical requirements is specific content; but we don't have a heading for it in the list. Could we add a custom heading? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., implying those are examples but we should use those headings. It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use those for section headings. Likely we should stick to those. Physical requirements could be placed under "Requirements" or maybe omitted? But we should preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include physical requirements somewhere. Could add a subsection under "Requirements" as a

describing physical requirements. That's okay. Similarly, exposures etc could be under "Requirements" as well. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present. We must not include application instructions. Now craft HTML. Structure:
