House Supervisor, Nursing Administration

About the role

The House Supervisor at Olympic Medical Center manages hospital nursing units and other patient care areas. Responsibilities include ensuring proper patient placement, admission status, and staffing levels.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with Department Directors, Charge Nurses, Patient Placement Coordinators, and Physicians to manage patient care.
• Ensures compliance with hospital and nursing policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Minimum of five years clinical experience required.
• Charge experience or equivalent required.
• Management experience strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications recommended.

Skills

• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.

Pay

Competitive salary range: $49.92 - $81.46 per hour.
