Responsibilities
- Works closely with Department Directors, Charge Nurses, Patient Placement Coordinators, and Physicians to manage patient care.
- Ensures compliance with hospital and nursing policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Minimum of five years clinical experience required.
- Charge experience or equivalent required.
- Management experience strongly preferred.
Qualifications
- Current Washington State RN license required.
- BLS certification required.
- ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications recommended.
Skills
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
