House Supervisor-Nursing Administration

About the role

Oversees the day-to-day operations of nursing departments within the hospital, manages nursing duties related to patient care delivery and team work, and acts as a member of the administrative team during off-hours or overnight shifts, especially when dealing with emergencies or critical situations.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• RN with a current license in the State of Arkansas
• 5 years of experience as an RN
• Experience in Critical Care and/or ED preferred

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Enrolled within 60 days of accepting position, and quarterly updates including transcripts
