About the Role

House Parents in a residential school setting are responsible for providing a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for students from pre-K through 12th grade.

Responsibilities

• Live in student homes and support students’ academic, social, and emotional development.
• Model positive behavior and serve as a mentor to students.
• Assist with homework, activities, and daily routines.
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure a supportive environment.
