House Parent - Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents in a residential educational setting, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and support for students in a family-like environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and support for students
• Manage household routines, student schedules, and oversee household reporting and budgeting
• Administer medications, promote student wellness, and drive students to activities
• Plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities with students
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel
• Support various student homes initially, with eventual placement in a dedicated student home

Requirements

• Experience working or volunteering with youth
• Legally married couples for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid U.S. driver’s license; ability to drive student vans
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., demonstrate professionalism, and serve as positive role models
• Comfort leading students in devotions and attending chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
• Commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with pet restrictions
