About the role
Full-time Flex Houseparents provide care, guidance, and supervision in on-campus student homes for approximately 8–13 students.
Responsibilities
- Supervising and mentoring students daily
- Managing household routines and student schedules
- Administering medications and supporting student wellness
- Driving students to activities and engaging in developmental and recreational events
- Leading daily devotions and attending Sunday Chapel
- Overseeing household budgeting and reporting
Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Married couples (legally married for at least two years), both aged 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to certify to drive student vans
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Integrity, professionalism, and role-model qualities
- Comfort leading devotions and attending Judeo-Christian services (proselytizing prohibited)
- Commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with limited pet restrictions
