Role Overview: Responsible for creating a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for students in residential housing, supporting their academic, social, and emotional development. Key Responsibilities Provide supervision, guidance, and positive role modeling to students living in residential homes.Assist with homework, activities, and daily routines to promote student growth.Collaborate with school staff to support students’ overall well-being and development.Maintain a safe and welcoming environment that encourages diversity, personal growth, and teamwork.
