About the role
Azura of Oak Creek is seeking a dynamic House Manager to help lead daily operations and support exceptional long term care. This role partners closely with the Regional Director Director to drive quality team engagement and resident satisfaction while creating a positive experience for residents families and staff.
Responsibilities
- Support daily operations and regulatory compliance
- Lead mentor and support team members
- Assist with budgeting planning and quality initiatives
- Promote a positive resident centered culture
Qualifications
- Healthcare leadership experience long term care preferred
- Bachelors Degree Required Masters Preferred
- Strong communication leadership and organizational skills
