About the role
Azura of Fox Point is seeking a dynamic House Manager to help lead daily operations and support exceptional long term care. This role partners closely with the Executive Director to drive quality team engagement and resident satisfaction while creating a positive experience for residents, families, and staff.
Responsibilities
- Support daily operations and regulatory compliance
- Lead, mentor, and support team members
- Assist with budgeting, planning, and quality initiatives
- Promote a positive, resident-centered culture
Qualifications
- Healthcare leadership experience, long term care preferred
- Bachelor's Degree Required, Master's Preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
