House Manager

About the role

Turn leadership into meaningful moments every day at Azura Memory Care & Assisted Living of Verona. As a House Manager, you'll help create a home-like environment by supporting our team, connecting with residents and families, and ensuring each household runs smoothly, safely, and with purpose.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the daily operations of the household while creating a warm, welcoming environment for residents.
• Coach, mentor, and support team members while fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and compassion.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families and ensure their needs, preferences, and quality of life remain central to everything we do.
• Help coordinate staffing, schedules, daily routines, and household needs.
• Partner with community leadership to support resident care, team development, compliance, and overall community success.
• Be a hands-on leader who is present, approachable, and willing to jump in wherever needed.
• Help create engaging, meaningful days for residents while supporting Azura's person-centered approach to memory care.

Requirements

• A natural leader who enjoys working with people and bringing out the best in others.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, management, or a similar leadership environment preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and comfortable taking initiative.
• Believes that the little things matter and understands the importance of creating a true sense of home for residents.
