Responsibilities: Lead client walk-throughs and confirm job expectationsOversee quality control and ensure all work meets company standardsSupport and mentor teammates during cleaningsServe as primary communicator with clients and the officeDocument notes, updates, and photos using company apps Requirements: 1+ year of residential cleaning experience requiredAbility to complete solo cleans with confidenceStrong leadership, communication, and time management skillsComfortable with mobile apps for scheduling and documentationMust have a reliable vehicle and proof of insuranceAbility to work 25–40 hours per week with a flexible schedule Benefits: Starting pay of $20.00 –$24.00 per hour, based on experience, + tips!
