Hourly Manager

Beef O’Brady’s is seeking an Hourly Manager for our award-winning Family Sports Pub in Flowood, MS. Join a winning team in a family-oriented, casual environment with great food and great sports.

About the role

Lead a team to deliver exceptional food and service in a fun, fast-paced restaurant setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great food, prepared to company standards
• Ensure adherence to all food safety standards
• Place, receive, and store weekly orders for food, paper supplies, kitchen supplies, and cleaning chemicals
• Maintain outstanding kitchen cleanliness and organization
• Participate in weekly and monthly inventories
• Maintain budgeted food cost
• Write weekly kitchen schedules
• Manage shifts to meet budgeted labor standards

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States
• Minimum 1 year experience in a full-service, casual restaurant culinary management position
• Minimum 21 years or older
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holiday shifts
• Ability to continuously stand, bend, and lift up to 60 pounds
• Comfortable working in a hot kitchen environment

Pay
