Hourly Manager

Shift Managers ensure each shift runs smoothly, train new associates, remain calm under pressure, open and close the store, uphold the highest product standards, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Run each shift efficiently and maintain smooth operations.
• Train new associates and coach team members through constant feedback.
• Model calm, professional behavior at all times.
• Open and close the store, handling all front‑of‑house duties.
• Maintain product quality to the highest standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the shift.
• Physically work all shifts up front, assisting guests and staff.

Requirements

• Must be 18 + years of age.
• 6 + months proven management experience in food service or a related leadership role.
• Hands‑on ability to work physically demanding shifts.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and energetic demeanor.
• Lead by example and uphold high operational standards in a fast‑paced environment.
• Demonstrated coaching ability to help team members grow.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Full‑time availability with open schedule, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Solid employment track record with positive references.
• Physical requirements:
  • Constant standing and walking.
  • Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 55 lb independently and safely.
  • Occasional use of ladders, stairs, or ramps.
  • Frequent computer, point‑of‑sale, and equipment usage.
  • Continuous wrist, spine, and hand motions.
  • Reaching, turning, and precision work around the fountain area.
  • Constant speaking and clear vision at near and far distances.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Pay

Schedule

• Flexible scheduling with 30–40 hours per week, allowing a life outside of work.
• Closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, and early on Thanksgiving Eve.
• Open to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed.
