Hourly Manager

Responsibilities

• Run each shift smoothly, including opening and closing the store.
• Train new associates and serve as a calm, exemplary role model.
• Maintain the highest product standards and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Coach team members, provide constant feedback, and help them grow.
• Perform hands‑on duties throughout the shift, assisting guests and staff as needed.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 + months proven management experience in food service or a related leadership role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and energetic demeanor.
• Ability to lead by example and uphold high operational standards in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Full‑time availability with open schedule, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Solid employment track record with positive references.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift/push/pull up to 55 lb; ascend/descend ladders, stairs, or ramps; use POS and computer equipment; and perform repetitive motions around the fountain area.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
