Hotel Security Officer - Seaport $20.00/hour
About the role
The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently, Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client's employees and customers.
Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security
- Enforce regulations and directives for client sites
- Provide customer service and information to clients' employees and customers
- Monitor for potential hazards and report them immediately
- Respond to emergencies and assist in evacuations
Requirements
- Comfortable with extensive amounts of walking and patrolling
- No prior experience necessary; training provided
- Background in retail, food service, or hospitality industry preferred
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check
- Physical ability to perform the duties of the job
